Carl
has 38 years of experience in
sales and has often been recognized for his ability to
consistently achieve a high level of sales volume. While
working as a special equipment salesman for Coca-Cola Bottling
Co. during the late 1960’s, he set a national record for
vending machine sales. His retail sporting goods store in
South Jackson was known for friendly outstanding service, good
deals and repeat business. Since 1986 he has been a full-time
Real Estate salesman and has marketed homes in all areas of
Rankin, Madison and Hinds Counties. His past affiliations
include Century 21, J. E. Carter Real Estate, Volunteer Realty
in Knoxville, TN, and Re/Max. His production in real estate
sales has placed him in the top 1% of agents nationally.

is a native Jacksonian,
who has lived in South Jackson, Clinton and the
Reservoir. He attended Hillcrest Christian School, St. Andrews and Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

have lived in the Reservoir area since 1980, and in the
Jackson area for many years prior to that. I was licensed to
